1. Order Cancellation

2. Returns

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
• Custom or made-to-order products, and large orders of the same product (three or more) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Please contact us before returning any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method and sharing the tracking number with us once shipped.

4. Refunds

• After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
